However, for those who still prefer the High Altitude Training approach, we have a cost-effective alternative that can yield equivalent or superior results. We recommend using a High Altitude Training Mask in your routine for 2-3 minutes for every 10-15 minutes of Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT). This mask is available for an additional $75 and can be conveniently added to your purchase. 

Here’s a simple method to integrate High Altitude Training into your fitness regimen: Just remove our Turbo Mega Flow Mask and wear the High Altitude Training Mask for 2-3 minutes either before or after your EWOT session. You have the flexibility to determine which timing suits you best.
