We recommend you do an EWOT session for 15-20 minutes to reap maximum benefits. Based on your health status, gradually work toward achieving 70% - 80% of your theoretical maximum heart rate. To calculate your theoretical maximum heart rate, subtract your age from 220.
It's important to note that individuals with chronic conditions may take six months or longer to reach the 70% - 80% heart rate target. However, even if you don't attain this range, don't let perfection hinder progress. Tailor your session to your comfort level and pay close attention to your body.
